13×13 grid · hand + ceiling in one cell
Every starting hand, colored by the tightest position that opens it, using the equity-vs-random ranking the Preflop Trainer drills you on. Color works in two levels: early (UTG1/UTG2), middle (MP/HJ/CO), and late/blinds (SB/BTN/BB) each get their own hue — yellow, green, red — shaded light-to-dark for how wide within that group. Each group's darkest, muddiest tier was dropped entirely and everything shifted a step lighter, so all six of those shades now live in the vivid part of their color; the new lightest cell in each group (UTG2, CO, BB) gets a dark outline since a fill that pale can't stay legible against the page on its own. UTG keeps its own fixed dark marker instead of joining yellow: its whole range is a subset of every other seat's, so it's really the table's shared baseline, not an "early" shade. Every non-fold cell also carries a small corner code (UG/U1/U2/MP/HJ/CO/SB/BN/BB) as an exact backup, and every cell still shows its hand and ceiling equity together. Tapping a position highlights that seat's whole range (not just what it adds over the next-tighter seat), and Looseness has a fourth option, Custom, for building your own range by percentage or by hand.
The weakest hand still in play under each setting, at this table size — the widest seat's boundary hand for Tight/Standard/Loose, or your own weakest pick for Custom. The current setting is highlighted.
