Both are the stacks before this hand was dealt, including blinds you are about to post.
Enter amounts however you like — chips or big blinds. Whatever you put as the big blind becomes the unit, and everything is converted for you. For a 5/10 game either enter 5 and 10, or 0.5 and 1. "Antes total" is every ante added together, not one player's.
Chips left behind by anyone else — limps, or a raise that got folded. Blinds are counted automatically.
Leave blank for preflop. Fill three for the flop, four for the turn, five for the river.
Tight player or a big raise: 5–12. Standard opener: 15–25. Loose or wide steal: 30–50. This is the biggest guess in the whole calculation, so try a couple of values and see whether the answer changes.
This is only about what they do facing a raise. It is not how many hands they play — that is their range in section 6. Someone can enter half the pots and still fold the moment you raise them. The two traits are separate.
